Please place your order by July 31. We are only able to accept orders through that date, as quantities will be finalized and submitted for production immediately afterward.

To make these prices possible, each piece is being produced exactly as specified for the project. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer changes to size, finish, color, material, configuration, or COM.

We encourage you to take a close look at every product detail before ordering, including dimensions, finish information, and material descriptions, so you feel confident that each piece is right for your space.

Orders are currently expected to be available toward the end of December. We will email you approximately two weeks before your order is ready for pickup, along with the applicable warehouse address and collection instructions.

Pickup will be available in:
• Westport, Connecticut
• Salt Lake City, Utah

If you are not local, you are welcome to arrange for a courier, freight carrier, or white-glove provider to collect your order on your behalf. While STOWED does not coordinate transportation, delivery, or installation directly, we are happy to share a list of recommended providers based on your location.

You will contract with and pay your selected provider directly. Once an item is collected from the warehouse, transportation, handling, delivery, installation, loss, and damage are the purchaser’s responsibility.

The listed price is the full STOWED price for the product. Other than applicable sales tax, there are no additional STOWED shipping, storage, handling, or pickup fees.

 Because the Drop already reflects special production-run pricing, we are not able to offer additional trade, designer, or promotional discounts.

Because each piece is ordered specifically as part of this limited production run, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, or credits. 

Orders also cannot be cancelled after they are placed, as we begin processing and placing production orders right away.

 We truly hope you love your pieces for years to come. Before placing your order, please measure carefully and review all dimensions, finishes, and product details to be sure each item works beautifully in your home.

Many STOWED pieces are artisan-crafted and made with natural materials. Variations in color, grain, texture, finish, and dimensions are part of what makes each piece unique and should be expected.

Natural wood may expand, contract, shift, or develop visible cracks or separations over time in response to temperature, humidity, and seasonal conditions. Product imagery is intended to be as accurate as possible, though colors and finishes may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, screens, and the inherent character of natural materials.

 We take care to provide accurate pricing, specifications, and product descriptions. From time to time, however, corrections or updates may be necessary, and product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
