Shipping + Returns
Many STOWED pieces are artisan-crafted and made with natural materials. Variations in color, grain, texture, finish, and dimensions are part of what makes each piece unique and should be expected.
Natural wood may expand, contract, shift, or develop visible cracks or separations over time in response to temperature, humidity, and seasonal conditions. Product imagery is intended to be as accurate as possible, though colors and finishes may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, screens, and the inherent character of natural materials.
 We take care to provide accurate pricing, specifications, and product descriptions. From time to time, however, corrections or updates may be necessary, and product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Orders from the STOWED Cormont & Marcella Drop are expected to be available toward the end of December.
Approximately two weeks before your order is ready, we'll email you with pickup details, including warehouse location and collection instructions.
Orders may be collected from:
- Salt Lake City, Utah
If you're unable to pick up your order in person, you're welcome to arrange for a courier, freight carrier, or white-glove delivery service to collect it on your behalf. While STOWED does not coordinate transportation or installation directly, we're happy to recommend trusted delivery partners based on your location.
Once your order has been collected from the warehouse, all transportation, handling, delivery, installation, loss, and damage become the responsibility of the purchaser and their selected carrier.
Shipping Costs
The price shown on each product includes all STOWED production, handling, and warehouse costs through arrival at the designated pickup warehouse.
There are no additional STOWED shipping, storage, handling, or pickup fees. Applicable sales tax will be added where required.
Please note that any transportation from the warehouse to your home or project is arranged and paid for separately by the purchaser.
Because every piece is produced specifically for this limited production run, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept:

- Order cancellations
- Refunds
- Store credits
To help ensure you're delighted with your purchase, we encourage you to carefully review all product dimensions, materials, finishes, and specifications before placing your order. Each item is produced exactly as shown and cannot be modified once production begins.
Because many STOWED pieces are handcrafted using natural materials, slight variations in color, grain, texture, finish, and dimensions are a normal part of the character and beauty of each piece. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.
