What is the STOWED Drop?
The STOWED Drop is a limited release of sophisticated, design-forward furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories created for STOWED’s high-end residential projects. Because these pieces are being produced at project scale, we are able to offer them at unusually compelling pricing for a limited time.
When do I need to place my order?
Please place your order by July 31. We are only able to accept orders through that date, as quantities will be finalized and submitted for production immediately afterward.
Can I customize my piece?
Unfortunately, no. To make these prices possible, each piece is being produced exactly as specified for the project. That means we are unable to offer changes to sizing, colors, finishes, materials, configurations, or COM.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each piece is ordered specifically as part of this limited production run, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. We truly hope you love your pieces, and encourage you to review dimensions, finishes, and product details carefully—and measure your space—before placing your order.
Where will I pick up my order?
You will be able to select pickup in either Westport, Connecticut or Salt Lake City, Utah. After your purchase, we will send you the applicable warehouse address and all pickup details.
When will my order arrive?
We expect orders to be available toward the end of December. We will email you approximately two weeks before your order is ready for pickup so you have time to make arrangements.
What if I do not live near Westport or Salt Lake City?
No problem. You are welcome to arrange for a courier, freight carrier, or white-glove provider to pick up your order on your behalf. We are happy to send recommended options based on your location, although you will work with and pay the provider directly.
Does STOWED offer delivery or white-glove service?
STOWED does not coordinate delivery or installation directly, but we are happy to point you toward trusted providers who can help. Any transportation, delivery, and installation arrangements would be made directly between you and your selected provider.
Are there any fees beyond the listed price?
Other than applicable sales tax, no. There are no additional STOWED shipping, storage, or handling fees added to your order.
Do trade or designer discounts apply?
Because the Drop already reflects special production-run pricing, we are not able to offer additional trade, designer, or promotional discounts.
